In our large garden area we offer a separate playground with a slide, a swing, a trampoline, a small pool (Ø 5.5m), a table tennis table, a climbing wall and a garden house for the younger guests (with book corner). In addition there we provide garden furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ station and seating. We provide these facilities for the exclusive use of our guests so that they can feel at home and recharge whilst they are with us.

The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis sun plateau is a real gem for hikers and nature lovers. Hikes at a relaxed pace on signposted hiking trails, demanding summit tours, the Panorama Genussweg trail, the Thomas Brezina adventure mountains and numerous feel-good stations wait to be explored.

From simple tours along forestry trails to demanding tours in the mountains for experienced hikers: Serfus-Fiss-Ladis offers something for every type of cyclist. If the ascent is too steep, our lifts bring your bike uphill and you can enjoy the downhill ride rested. You can also rent one of the numerous electric bikes.

Enthusiastic motorcyclists profit from the central location of the sun plateau of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis at the main alpine ridge in a corner, where the three countries of Austria, Switzerland and Italy meet. There are impressive high-alpine roads with numerous bends nearby. As a guest of our house, you can park your motorcycle in a garage next to the house.
